Are you new to Minitokyo 3? Well, I struggled at 1st with my submitting. To submit a wallpaper you can either go to the art or scans section and from there you should either search or look manually for the name of the series, movie, ova etc. your scan is from or you can just follow the more easier way by going to your control panel at the left hand corner. There you will find your wallpaper tab where you can submit a wallpaper.

About your wallpapers getting deleted... My first question for you is. What software are you using? If you are using adobe photoshop 6 and above I can help you with the sofware. I have created 2 tutorials on Adobe photoshop already if you would like to check them out.

Your wallpapers that gets deleted are done by the moderators of Minitokyo. The rules say that whenever you have a scan that you took and made your own wallpaper, you kinda made a different version of someone elses(They dont like that), you took a wallpaper from another website, made some changes and put it up on Minitokyo OR you did not do a good quality wallpaper that goes with Minitokyo standards.

If you need any more help on anything, you can just put me on your watchlist to find me easier. To put me on your watchlist you can just go to the left-hand side and click on add to watchlist when you are on my userpage. To go to my userpage and give me a PM or Gusestbook entry, just go to your control panel. Most of the stuff you will find in your control panel.
